User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SonFed Services Client Portal ("Portal"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal. This Agreement applies to all users of the Portal, including clients enrolled in insurance, financial, or food services offered by SonFed Services.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Share your login credentials with any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Use the Portal for any commercial purpose other than managing your own services with SonFed
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Portal

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify SonFed Services immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SonFed Services will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Portal. This includes personal information, financial data, insurance details, and any uploaded documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services and/or legal consequences.

5. Document Uploads

By uploading documents through the Portal (such as tax forms, identification, or insurance cards), you grant SonFed Services the right to access and use those documents solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested. You represent that you have the legal right to share all uploaded documents.

6. Electronic Communications

By using the Portal, you consent to receive electronic communications from SonFed Services related to your account, appointments, documents, and services. These communications may include emails, portal notifications, and updates regarding your coverage or filings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Portal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of SonFed Services and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SonFed Services makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Portal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Portal at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SonFed Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Portal, including loss of data or service interruptions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

SonFed Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly in cases of violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.

12. Changes to This Agreement

SonFed Services reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
